NAVSUP WSS requires a Test Kit, LP, part number SCI-PTK-02, manufactured by Standard Calibrations, Inc. (034H5), with no associated technical drawings or data and the cited part/catalog number fully descriptive. The contractor must meet specified design/material requirements, exclude mercury, maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system with retained records, and comply with packaging/packing/marking requirements including MIL-STD 2073 and conditional MIL-PRF-23199/MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bag criteria. FOB destination applies, and contractual documents are considered issued upon mailing, fax, or electronic transmission, with Government acceptance of the contractor’s proposal forming a bilateral agreement to issue documents that way. Unless otherwise specified, quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days, and notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification level requirements applies. A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at the time of material delivery (EOC), separately for each unique contract/purchase order, NSN, and item nomenclature.
