The Navy (NAVSUP WSS-MECH) is seeking a total small business set-aside contractor to provide repair-part material under a fixed-price, FOB-destination order. Offerors must review the material Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) via the BPMI site before quoting and comply with the IRPOD’s quality assurance requirements. Packaging, packing, and marking must follow applicable standards, including MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-DTL-24466, and MIL-STD-2073, and mercury or mercury-containing compounds are prohibited from intentional addition or direct contact. At material delivery, the contractor must provide a Certificate of Compliance and a cure date certificate to NAVSUP-WSS Code N9433 for each unique contract/NSN/item combination. Pricing is requested to remain valid for 60 days unless a different period is specified.
