This is a firm-fixed-price repair requirement for the GOV VALVE BODY ASSY; the initial RFQ is only to open, inspect, and evaluate the item(s), and after quotation receipt a contract will be issued and the items needing repair will be shipped to the contractor for opening, inspection, and evaluation. A material IRPOD is available at the BPMI site and vendor review is mandatory; associated drawings/specifications are export-controlled/NOFORN and require prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval before transmittal to foreign governments or nationals. Quotations must include repair turnaround time (induction start to final delivery) and a monthly throughput constraint for repairs after initial delivery begins. Quality assurance and packaging requirements are governed by the IRPOD and cited documents, including Government-acceptable inspection-system and cleanliness-control/packaging requirements. Contract definitization is not to exceed 180 days after purchase order award.
