The repair price must cover receipt and complete repair of material that may be unwhole, missing hardware, damaged, missing parts, or worn, plus CAV Reporting; offerors must also provide teardown/evaluation rate, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date. The requested repair turnaround time is 183 days from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility to Government final inspection and acceptance, and the warranty is one year from delivery. If the offeror is not the OEM, it must identify the OEM (company name and CAGE) and provide a signed OEM letter authorizing repairs; if packaging is at a different location, the packaging facility's company name, street address, and CAGE must be provided. Any award will be DO-rated under DPAS, and contract documents are considered issued upon mailing, faxing, or emailing.
