This is a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price repair requirement under a Basic Ordering Agreement for a compressor, issued under the Navy's Advanced Equipment Repair Program. The contractor must provide a proposal covering all costs for receipt and complete repair, including a proposed Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) and any capacity constraints. Performance is measured from the physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility to government acceptance, with a price reduction for assets not meeting the required RTAT.
