This is a sole-source, firm-fixed-price repair requirement for an alternating current motor under the Navy's Advanced Equipment Repair Program. Offerors must provide teardown and evaluation pricing, repair turnaround time (RTAT), throughput constraints, and an induction expiration date, with a requested RTAT of 365 days. The contractor must hold a valid U.S. security clearance of CONFIDENTIAL or higher to access the classified annex, and if not the original equipment manufacturer, must supply an OEM authorization letter. Three parts kits will be provided as Government Furnished Property, and repair pricing must exclude their cost. Government inspection and acceptance must occur within the established RTAT, with price reductions applied for assets failing to meet that turnaround requirement.
