NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg seeks potential sources to furnish labor, material, and facilities to repair and/or modify items listed in the “NIIN List for Sources Sought” under a five-year basic ordering agreement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.103-1 for multiple NSNs supporting various weapon systems, and it does not possess or cannot provide the data needed to manufacture or perform the required repairs. Contractor personnel require DoD-issued Confidential security clearances, and DoDI 5200.48 policy and procedures apply. All responsible sources may identify interest and provide capability statements, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Source approval is required, and NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while source approval is pending.
