The Government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase/contract repair from additional sources, and it has determined that buying the data/rights or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Interested parties may obtain applicable military/federal specifications, standards, QPLs, QPDs, handbooks, and other standardized documents from DODSSP/DAPS or ASSIST-Online; patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked at DODSSP. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, though this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Delivery is to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95304-5000, with award contingent on meeting qualification requirements at time of award under FAR clause 52.209-1.
