The government intends to procure two circuit card assemblies, NSN 7H-5998-015098330, TDP VER 003, for delivery to DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA. This is a sole-source action under FAR 6.302-1 because the government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources, and buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Interested responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, though the action is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will require the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1. Military and federal specifications, standards, QPLs, QPDs, and handbooks are available from DODSSP/DAPS in Philadelphia or ASSIST-Online, but patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked at DODSSP.
