Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a non-competitive procurement for a Level 1 item that must be acquired from or repaired by approved sources only, as suitable technical data is not available to permit other sources. The contract requires delivery of 16 units to DLA Distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. Award is contingent upon the offeror's inspection system conforming to MIL-I-45208A as certified by a specific DCMA/NAVSUP survey team. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, but will consider proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication. Interested parties may also identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
