This is a proposed sole-source contract action under FAR 6.302-1 for the supply of 13 parts, with delivery locations in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The Government does not own the necessary data rights for this part and finds obtaining them or reverse engineering the part to be uneconomical. Interested parties may identify their capability, and proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. The Government will use responses to determine whether to proceed with a competitive procurement.
