This is a proposed sole-source contract for five Antenna Control Units to be delivered to DLA distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and Tracy, California. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, as it lacks the data rights to competitively procure or reverse-engineer the part. While not a request for competitive proposals, the Government will consider any capability statements or proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication. Interested parties may also identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days. Award is contingent on the offeror meeting specific qualification requirements at the time of award.
