This is a pre-solicitation notice for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to supply specific heavy hex nuts to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME. The requirement will be solicited from January 28, 2026, until February 10, 2026. All specifications and data requirements are detailed in the shipyard's Fastener Program Manual, copies of which can be requested from the provided contact. The government will not furnish any material for this contract.
