The action is intended to be solicited and negotiated with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, though responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1.
