The repaired item must meet original operational and functional requirements, be marked per MIL-STD-130 Rev N, and any design, material, or part-number changes require written Government approval. Quality assurance places inspection/testing responsibility on the contractor using OEM specifications and drawings, with inspection records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Packaging, preservation, packing, and marking must follow the schedule and MIL-STD-2073.
