This is a proposed sole-source contract action for supplies where the government intends to negotiate with only one source. Companies not currently an approved source can express interest via the NAVSUP Vendor Interest Form, but award will not be delayed to obtain a new source approval. Interested parties may obtain necessary specifications and documents from the DoD Single Stock Point in Philadelphia, PA. All proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered by the government. Interested persons may also identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
