The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for 41 units of a specific part, as it is uneconomical to obtain the data or reverse engineer it. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability, with proposals considered if received within 45 days (30 days under an existing BOA) after the synopsis publication. Interested parties may also identify commercial items that could satisfy the requirement within 15 days of this notice. The delivery terms are FOB Origin. Some items under this acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements.
