The Navy seeks manufacture of a BREATHING APPARATUS meeting the design represented by Cage Code 03WY2, reference number 940300, with marking per MIL-STD-130 Rev N and packaging per MIL-STD 2073. Any design, material, servicing, or part-number substitutions require prior written approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer, except Code 1 part-number-only changes. The contractor is responsible for inspection and quality compliance, must keep inspection records complete and available for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and must meet all contract/purchase order requirements. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and proof of authorized-distributor status must be on signed company letterhead submitted with the offer.
