This is a proposed sole-source contract for supplies containing explosives, including specific part numbers and quantities. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Interested parties may identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of this notice. The delivery schedule is to be determined. A pre-award safety survey will be required, and special security, safety, and transportation clauses apply.
