This is a proposed sole-source contract for 35 units of a specific part, with delivery FOB Origin. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, as it does not own the data rights to procure or repair the part from others, and obtaining those rights is deemed uneconomical. Companies not currently an approved source can express interest via the NAVSUP Vendor Interest Form. While not a request for competitive proposals, any capability statements received within 45 days of the synopsis publication may be considered. Interested parties may also identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of this notice.
