Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a procurement for 75 units of a specific item, with delivery to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product, or manufacturer meeting specific qualification requirements at the time of award. The government is not using commercial item procedures for this solicitation, but interested parties may submit their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of this notice. The acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement.
