The requirement is for manufacture of 2,739 PG of ammonium hydroxide (NSN 1H-6810-010189769-X2, P/N 0-C-265AMMONIUMHYDROXIDE) in accordance with the IRPOD/TDP, with delivery FOB origin required 120 days after contract award. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals; this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Government source inspection and Reports of Test Inspection (ROTI) are required, and NECO offers will not be accepted. Technical documents such as drawings and IRPOD must be obtained from a password-protected government website, and hard copies will not be mailed.
