Required delivery is 300 days after contract award. Deliverables are to be shipped to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Government source inspection is required, technical documents are available through a password-protected logistics website with pre-registration, and NECO offers will not be accepted. The action is intended as a sole-source acquisition under FAR 6.302, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals for consideration; FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures are not being used.
