This requirement is for the manufacture of 20 alarm control units in accordance with the IRPOD/TDP, with delivery required 360 days after contract award. Delivery will be made to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, CA. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302, but all responsible sources may submit proposals for consideration. Government source inspection is required, and technical documents are available online after pre-registration. Offers must be in English and U.S. dollars, and the acquisition is subject to WTO GPA and/or free trade agreements.
