This is a sole-source repair/refurbishment requirement for Fly-By-Wire Submarine Flight Critical Components (FBW SFCC) used in critical shipboard systems. The delivery order will be placed under an existing BOA and requires inspection, refurbishment, and certification to NAVSEA T9044-AD-MAN-010 with strict traceability, configuration control, quality system, inspection, marking, and packaging requirements. The requested repair turnaround time is 180 days, and the warranty is one year from delivery. Pricing may be estimated or firm-fixed-price, and offerors must also provide an approximate new-item cost and a beyond-repair/beyond-economical-repair price; shipping costs should not be included because the government/ATAC will handle shipment. Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor letter of authorization, and Government quality assurance will be performed at source under a DPAS-rated contract using Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV).
