This is a sole-source repair/refurbishment requirement for Fly-By-Wire Submarine Flight Critical Components (SFCCs) used in critical shipboard systems, with a current quantity of 8 and award via an existing BOA. The contractor must provide estimated or firm-fixed repair pricing, a beyond-repair/beyond-economical-repair price, and, if available, approximate new-item cost; shipping costs are excluded because the government/ATAC will handle shipping. If the offeror is not the OEM, it must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor letter of authorization, and it must comply with NAVSEA T9044-AD-MAN-010, ESD, configuration control, traceability, marking, and quality-system requirements. Performance timelines include completing teardown and evaluation within 45 days after receipt of carcasses, achieving final inspection/acceptance within a requested 180-day RTAT, and providing a one-year warranty from delivery. Government quality assurance is performed at source, and certain DD1423 inspection/test-plan data items may be waived if already on file.
