This is a sole source U.S. Navy requirement for the inspection, teardown, and refurbishment of submarine Fly-By-Wire Ship Control System (FBW SCS) Flight Critical Components (SFCCs) designated for Virginia, Seawolf, or Columbia class submarines. The contractor must maintain full material traceability, comply with strict quality system standards, and perform all inspections and certification testing in accordance with military specifications and the NAVSEA requirements manual. Offerors must possess a valid CONFIDENTIAL (or higher) security clearance to access classified annexes. The contractor will have 45 days after receipt of carcasses to complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price repair quote, with a requested repair turnaround time of 180 days. Items delivered must be covered by a one-year warranty.
