This is a sole source Advanced Equipment Repair Program (AERP) requirement for the repair/refurbishment of a compressor unit. Offerors must submit a Firm-Fixed-Price proposal covering all repair costs, including teardown, parts, and CAV reporting. The required Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) is 150 days, with a price reduction per unit (amount TBD) for failing to meet it. Offerors must identify any separate packaging facility, provide OEM authorization if not the original manufacturer, and comply with SUBMEPP repair instructions. A one-year warranty from delivery applies to the repaired supplies.
