The item is designated Level I/SUBSAFE special emphasis material, requiring strict traceability, material certifications, ISO 9001 quality systems, dye penetrant inspection, and no weld repair of titanium parts. Offerors must comply with extensive configuration control, waiver/deviation, and government source inspection requirements, and past performance will be considered in evaluation.
