This opportunity is for the supply of material designated as a Fly-By-Wire Submarine Flight Critical Component (SFCC) for use in crucial shipboard systems. The contractor must have a valid U.S. security clearance of CONFIDENTIAL or higher to access the classified annex. A requested delivery schedule of 365 days is specified, and the contract will be issued bilaterally with a DO rating for national defense. The contractor must provide a quality system in accordance with MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, or ISO9001:2008, and all material must be 100% inspected for traceability and certification. Performance of Government quality assurance is at source, and the place of performance may not be changed without authorization.
