Notice ID:N0010426QZB13

This is a sole source requirement to acquire 33 regulating valves directly from the manufacturer, Leslie Controls, Inc. The government does not own the necessary data rights to purchase this part competitively from other sources. It has been determined that buying the data rights or reverse engineering the part would be uneconomical.
