The Government intends to award a sole-source contract for the evaluation and repair of one CO2 Scrubber, Skid B, with an option to repair an additional unit. The work must be acquired directly from the actual manufacturer, as the Government does not own the necessary technical data rights. It has been determined that purchasing these data rights or reverse-engineering the part is uneconomical.
