Urgent Navy acquisition is for manufacture of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSY (CAGE 51435, ref. 433D3031-3), with delivery requested on or before 01 JAN 2027. It is not a small business set-aside; the award will be DX-rated for national defense under DPAS, and inspection will be at the source. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally and requires the contractor’s written acceptance before execution. Offerors that are not the OEM must identify the OEM’s company name and CAGE and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, comply with ESD control and ISO 9001 (or MIL-I-45208 if desired) quality requirements, and meet MIL-STD-2073 packaging and MIL-STD-129 marking; quotes must state any exceptions.
