This is an EAF repair requirement for FILTER ASSEMBLY,FLU, CAGE 81412 / Ref. No. 24-49652, and is a total small business set-aside open only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer with proof required. Repair must follow the contractor’s repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, drawings, technical orders, approved repair standards, and OEM specifications/drawings, with no substitutions unless approved by the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer. The item must be marked per MIL-STD-129, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use. The contractor is responsible for inspection/testing, must keep inspection records available for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and the Government reserves inspection rights. The warranty lasts one year after delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery, and an option for increased quantity may apply.
