This is a total small business set-aside Navy EAF repair requirement for a PRINTED CIRCUIT BOA (CAGE 81412, Ref. No. 4965C31G01), to be repaired in accordance with the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices, manuals, drawings, and government-approved technical procedures. The repaired item must be marked IAW MIL-STD-130 Rev N, packaged IAW MIL-STD 2073, and be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use; the contractor is responsible for all inspection/testing per original manufacturer specifications. A one-year warranty after delivery applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The contract includes an increased-quantity option (365 days). Award consideration will be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and proof of authorization must be provided with the offer.
