This is a Navy repair requirement for the CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (CAGE/Ref No. 1BCK1 72195-1), to be repaired to operational and functional requirements under the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices. The estimated RTAT is 84 days, which will become an enforceable delivery date unless excused or Government-delayed, and includes repairing the carcass to “A” condition plus packaging and shipment back to the Navy. It is a total small business set-aside with quality, inspection, marking, ESD, packaging, and recordkeeping requirements; records must be kept for 365 days after final delivery. A one-year warranty after delivery applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery. An option for increased quantity may be exercised 180 days after award, and award evaluation is based on the lowest aggregated total price for the total quantity, inclusive of the option.
