The Government intends to negotiate with only one responsible source; the OEM is the only known source, no drawings or data rights are available, and non-approved manufacturers must submit a Source Approval Request, although award will not be delayed for SAR approval. The contract duration is 1 year, options will be included, and this is an emergency acquisition under Emergency Acquisition Authority using FAR Part 15, non-commercial procedures, with UID and Buy American clauses applying.
