The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 for NSN 3H-6150-017335836, TDP VER 001, REF NR 7-22724, quantity 28 EA, delivery FOB origin. The Government does not own or have rights to the data needed to purchase or contract repair from additional sources and has determined it uneconomical to buy the data or reverse engineer the part. Interested responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and the Government will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on any responses.
