This is a Navy EAF repair requirement for the REGULATOR, FLOW CON, CAGE 81412 / reference 1796-004-3, with repairs performed under contractor repair/overhaul practices and government-approved technical documents. The work must comply with oxygen/nitrogen cleaning per MIL-STD-1330, be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, and meet MIL-STD-129 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered for award, and proof of authorization must be submitted with the offer. This is a total small business set-aside; the contractor must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, provide a 1-year warranty after delivery, and address defects discovered within 45 days. The government may exercise an option for increased quantity within 365 days.
