This is a Navy EAF repair requirement for CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB, set aside for total small business and open only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. Repairs must meet the specified CAGE/reference number 81412 100H362G01, the contractor’s repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and original manufacturer specifications/drawings. The repaired items must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and supported by contractor inspection, quality compliance, and records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. A warranty applies for one year after delivery with defects reported within 45 days of discovery, and the government may exercise an option for increased quantity within 365 days. Contract documents are considered issued upon mailing, fax, or electronic transmission, and the contractor’s proposal acceptance constitutes bilateral agreement to that issuance method.
