The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 for 7 EA of NSN 7H-5998-015773864, TDP VER 005, with delivery FOB origin. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources, and it has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and any decision not to compete is within the Government’s discretion.
