NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia seeks eligible contractors to repair 12 transformer assemblies (NSN 7H-5950-015353560-VN, P/N 600-38055) with delivery FOB origin. The Government intends a sole-source award under FAR 6.302-1 to L3Harris Maritime Power (04801) because it lacks the data necessary to repair or manufacture the item. The effort is subject to the Buy American Act, NAICS 334416, and may be solicited and awarded using FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures. Source approval is required, and WSS will not delay award while source approval is pending; new sources must submit the required NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information package with their proposal.
