This is a sole-source procurement for 4 each of a power supply assembly (NSN 7H-6130-013268686-VN) to be delivered to DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA. The government does not own the technical data or rights to this part and considers reverse engineering uneconomical, so acquisition is restricted to approved sources only. Offerors must have an inspection system conforming to MIL-I-45208A or equivalent, certified by a joint DCMA/NAVSUP WSS survey team, and must meet qualification requirements at the time of award. Interested responsible sources may identify their capability, but the government intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1.
