This is a total small-business set-aside EAF spares procurement for manufacture, testing, and quality documentation of the AN/BRR-6 Outboard Cable Assembly (2W1) for Navy submarines, evaluated on best value using price and past performance. The contractor must be qualified under NAVSEA manuals S9320-AM-PRO-020/MLDG and S9320-AM-PRO-030/MLDG to fabricate submarine outboard cable assemblies and plasma-coated connector metal plug bodies, and the supplied material must be mercury-free.
