This procurement requires manufacture and quality compliance for a CIRCUIT CARD ASSY identified by CAGE 51435, reference 433D3031-3. Award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor’s written acceptance, and the contract will be DO-rated for national defense under DPAS. If the offeror is not the OEM, it must identify the OEM by company name and CAGE and provide a signed OEM distributor authorization letter; if packaging occurs at a different location, the offeror must provide that facility’s name, address, and CAGE. The contractor must meet ISO 9001 quality system requirements (with MIL-I-45208 permitted if currently maintained), ANSI/ESD S20.20 electrostatic discharge controls, mercury-free material restrictions, MIL-STD-129 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. The Government may order up to 100% additional quantity for 365 days ARO at the same price, and inspection records must be retained for four years after final delivery.
