This opportunity is a U.S. Navy requirement for repair of a DISPLAY ASSY LCD, with all repair work performed to the original manufacturer’s operational and functional requirements. Offerors that are not the original equipment manufacturer must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and Government source approval is mandatory before award. The resulting contract will be a bilaterally accepted, DO-rated order under DPAS, and an option provision allows the Government to add additional quantity within 365 days after award. Proposals must remain valid for at least 120 days after submission.
