The Navy seeks manufacture of an antenna coupler (CAGE 03956, ref. 4803475-1) under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with award issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM by company name and CAGE and provide a signed distributor authorization letter; if packaging will occur at a different facility, the offeror must provide that facility’s name, street address, and CAGE. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD 2073, and fully inspected by the contractor with inspection records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The Government may exercise an option subCLIN within 365 days of award at the same delivery time and price, and the supplies carry a one-year warranty from delivery. The resulting contract will be DO-rated under DPAS for national defense.
