This contract is for the manufacture and supply of a specific POWER SUPPLY (CAGE 1WX10, reference MINV-4000-1U-28-1F6S-E00) under a bilateral award using Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. The offeror must be an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer and provide proof on company letterhead, or state the OEM name/CAGE with a signed authorization letter. The item must be marked per MIL-STD-130, be free from mercury contamination, and follow MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. The Government holds an option to order up to 100% additional quantity for 365 days after receipt of order at the same price. The award is DO-rated for national defense under DPAS, and the contractor must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
