The Navy requires firm-fixed-price repair of ASSEMBLY, KEYBOARD to CAGE 03538/ref 77C734830G1, including contractor repair standards, MIL-STD-130 marking, mercury-free requirements, inspection/QA, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging. The requirement is under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, award will be bilateral and DO-rated under DPAS, and non-OEM offerors must provide OEM name/CAGE plus signed distributor authorization; packaging at a different facility requires name, address, and CAGE. The contractor must provide firm fixed pricing within 60 days after receipt of the correct “F” condition asset before repair continues, and has 90 days after carcass receipt to complete teardown/evaluation and submit an FFP quote for full repair. The requested repair turnaround time is 38 days, with final Government inspection and acceptance within that RTAT, and quotes must state RTAT/capacity constraints and any exceptions. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, and an increased-quantity option may be exercised for 365 days.
