The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability. Any responses received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will only be made if the offeror, product, or manufacturer meets the qualification requirements at the time of award.
